Our Black Bear Honey 'Rum' and Woods Spirit Co Nocino Walmart Liqueur together make the most delectably smooth B.C. twist on a Rum Alexander. Notes of honey, cinnamon, coffee & walnut dance around like sugarplum fairies in your mouth. So sip back, relax, and enjoy the spirit of Christmas.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz DEVINE Black Bear Spiced Honey 'Rum'

  • 1 oz Woods Spirit Co Nocino Walnut Liqueur
  • 1 oz Heavy Cream (or sub with coconut cream)
  • 1/4 oz Maple Syrup
  • Fresh nutmeg

    Method  

    Add everything to a cocktail shaker, top with ice and and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds (or longer for extra froth). Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Grate fresh nutmeg on top and enjoy!
