This wine's soft copper color comes from extended skin contact during fermentation. It's a rich, Alsatian-style Gris with flavors of pink grapefruit & apricot, and a refreshing acidity that balances the ripe fruit.

Pair with all kind of seafood, pork, chicken, and mild to medium cheeses.
